Elderly Boscawen Woman Indicted On Child Beating Charge: Merrimack County Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Benjamin Emery, 42, of Victory Drive in Franklin on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register a new or temporary address with the Franklin Police Department on Nov. 9, 2022. Emery is a sex offender due to a misdemeanor sexual assault and felony second-degree assault convictions in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2018.

Sherlene Fisher, 77, of Water Street in Boscawen on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of beating a girl with an object causing bruising on her buttock on June 15, 2022, in Boscawen.

Jason R. Gautreau, 36, of Meeting House Hill Road in Sutton on a felony count of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and a misdemeanor criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a wooden dowel at another person on Jan. 11 in Danbury and saying, “I’m going to f------- kill you” or words to that effect as well as threatening the person not to go out in Meredith or Gunstock because he would kill him if he saw him there or words to the effect.”

Melissa Gosselin, 40, of Laconia Road in Tilton on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and meth, charges in Concord on Jan. 14.

Max Giroux, 32, of South Main Street in Pittsfield on four felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a child under 13 between June 1, 2011, and Aug. 31, 2012, in Pittsfield. Between June 1, 2013, and Aug. 31, 2013, Giroux was accused of fondling a second child under 13 in Pittsfield.

Paul J. Hudson, 43, of Orchard Street in Franklin on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on West Bow Street in Franklin on Feb. 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Maslah Ibrahim, 31, of Union Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and clonazepam, charges, both felonies, on April 15, 2022, in Hooksett.

Christopher W. Janes, 56, of Garvin Falls Road in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle in Pittsfield on Oct. 12, 2022. Robin Lane, 55, of North State Street in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing fentanyl and driving on Route 3A in Bow on Dec. 19, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2018.

Lisa M. Lobo, 56, of Forrest Road in Northfield on a felony possession of meth charge in Franklin on Oct. 15, 2022.
