Woman Accused Of Setting House On Fire With Kids Inside Indicted

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Lawrence Ernst, 34, of Elkins Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on April 29 in Franklin.
Tara Daoust, 39, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone, fentanyl, and methamphetamine charges on March 12 in Bow.

Allen W. Downs, 36, of Sanquist Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 23 in Bow.
Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Corliss, 38, of Dear Meadow Road in Webster on arson, two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon-domestic violence, and two second-degree assault with a deadly weapon with serious bodily injury-domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of setting a house on fire while children were inside of the home on Feb. 24. Corinna Pezaris, 53, of Tremont Street in Concord on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 14 in Concord.
Michael Walchak, 55, of South Street in Concord on a felony theft of services charge. He was accused of using a Unitil account in another person’s name to run up more than $1,000 worth of charges on Aug. 24, 2017, in Concord.
Jason Gautreau, 37, of Champion Street in Lebanon, Maine, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing the drug while inside the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on March 3.
Sebastian I. French, 22, of Timberland Drive in Franklin on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of discharging a 9 mm handgun into the ceiling of his apartment into an occupied apartment living above him on March 17 in Franklin.
Benjamin Prive, 30, of West Bow Street in Franklin on two felony sale of meth charges after incidents on Jan. 26 and Jan. 28 on West Bow Street in Franklin.
Anthony J. Rizzo, 38, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Woodridge Road in Franklin on March 27 after being certified as a habitual offender.
Jerry Thompson, 50, of River Street in Franklin on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman on Jan. 27 in Franklin.
Jason Sanchez, 22, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Nov. 12, 2020, in Hooksett.
Amy Lemieux, 32, of Moose Club Park Road in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 23, 2020, in Hooksett.
Crystal Lynn Gosselin, 33, of Blucher Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam charge on March 5 in Hooksett.
Haleigh Picard, 23, of Pine Street in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 19, 2020, in Hooksett.
