Franklin Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Strangulation Charges: Court

Plus: Northfield, Dunbarton residents indicted on drug distribution charges; man accused of sharing sex video without permission; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Harry Fleck, 71, of South Main Street in Franklin on a felony duty to report; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with the police on Jan. 26. Fleck was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault in 1992. He has also been convicted burglary, theft, unauthorizes use, willful concealment, removal of vehicle ID plate, and prohibited sales charges, according to the state.

Sarah Fortin, 27, of Robert Rogers Road in Dunbarton on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, at the Quality Inn in Loudon on Jan. 7. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on sale of a narcotic in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2018.

Griffin Furlotte, 21, of Donna Drive in Pembroke on a felony non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. He was accused of sending a video recording of him having sex with a woman to another person without her consent on Dec. 21, 2020, in Pembroke.

Melissa Gosselin, 39, of Dalton Road in Tilton on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 22, 2021, in the area of Veteran’s Drive in Loudon.

Brian Hardwick, 33, of Pine Glen Road in Hillsboro on a felony possession of meth charge on Dec. 27, 2021, in the area of Robinson Road in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on sale of a controlled drug in Sullivan County in September 2015.

Donna L. Heafey, 56, of Route 4A in Wilmot Flat on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of putting another woman in danger after throwing a knife at her on Nov. 25, 2021, in Wilmot.

Edward Hill, 32, of Northfield and-or Concord on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of buprenorphine, possession of fentayl, possession of crack cocaine, and two possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on Dec. 2, 2021, at the Quality Inn on Staniels Road in Loudon. Previously, according to the indictment, Hill was convicted of attempt to manufacture a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2016.

Robert Hollis, 28, of Highland Avenue in Franklin on aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies, as well as a simple assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman and biting her lip between Oct. 10, and Oct. 31, 2021, in Franklin, and strangling a woman between Nov. 1, and Nov. 24, 2021, in Franklin.

Kristen Kazanjian, 27, of Fernview Avenue in North Andover, Massachusetts, on possession of psilocin and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Oak Hill Road in Loudon on Sept. 21, 2021.

Otto Keller, 38, of Holland Street in Moultonborough on a possession of meth charge from Nov. 22, 2021, in the area of Veteran’s Drive in Loudon.
