Concord Drug Raids Lead To 7 Arrests; Guns Seized

Operation Granite Shield strikes in Concord and Loudon; 151 were arrested statewide.

CONCORD, NH — The Concord Police Department participated in an Operation Granite Shield drug sweep yesterday along with a number of law enforcement officials around the state. Charged in Concord on Feb. 15, 2018, were Sara Bourke, 31, upper middle left, of Concord, on three counts of sale of controlled drugs and conspiracy to sale of a controlled drug, all felonies. Her bail was set at $6,000 cash; Fred Estes IV, 21, upper right, of Concord, for capias-failure to appear. He was held without bail; Chuck Sargeant, 48, upper middle, of Loudon, was charged with criminal threatening-use of a deadly weapon, two counts of possession of a controlled drug, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, all felonies. He was also charged with possession of a prescription drug without a prescription. He refused bail; Clayton Lindberg, 28, lower middle, of Concord, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug; Michael Cummings, 48, middle right, of Concord, who was charged with three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug; Robin Lane, 50, lower right, of Concord, for felony possession of controlled drug and three counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription; and McKenzie Shea, 24, lower middle left, of Concord, for felony sale of a controlled drug. Both Lindberg and Cummings were incarcerated at the time the charges were issued.

According to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations unit for the Concord Police Department, 151 individuals were arrested across the state. For Concord Police, the focus was on the city and surrounding towns, he noted. U.S. Marshals and New Hampshire State Police were also involved in the sweeps in Concord and Loudon.
