Homeless Woman Faces More Felony Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH – Kai Namesda, 28, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on June 27, 2016, and charged with for possession of a controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute, possession of drugs, and two counts of criminal mischief. Namesda was arrested on Horseshoe Pond Lane.

Christopher L. Couch, 19, of Windymere Drive in Epsom, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on June 27, 2016, for criminal threatening and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on Village Street in Penacook.

Shawn J. Carter, 29, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on June 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Speedway on North Main Street.

Kimberly R. Graham, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on June 27, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on Stickney Avenue.

Kalynn M. Clark, 22, of 6th Avenue in Council Bluffs, IA, received a summons at 9 p.m. on June 27, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Joshua P. Cote, 25, of Centerwood Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on June 27, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on Kozy Trail.

James N. Chestnut III, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on June 19, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Franklin District Court on a hindering apprehension charge.

Lee J. Timmerman, 21, of Josiah Bartlett Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on June 18, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after an officer saw three people walking along the road. Timmerman’s due in court on July 25.

Kendra L. Robitelle, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on June 17, 2016, on two counts of forgery, two counts of receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit, all felonies. She was served at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.

Brandy A. Hager, 37, of Thorndike Street in Concord, received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on June 16, 2016, for criminal trespass. She’s due in court on July 11.
