Franklin Man Arrested On Meth, Other Charges: Concord Police Log
Woman, with priors, arrested on assault, threat charges; lingerie store theft leads to felony charge; Northwood man faces more drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — Roxanne Jane Quaile, 33, of Concord was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on July 14, 2020, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on South Street.
Alysia Baker, born 1990, of Gilford received a summons at 9:30 p.m. on July 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Sears on Loudon Road.
Meaghan Lee Bearse, born 1986, of Manchester was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on July 9 on misuse-fail to display plates and unofficial inspection-registration decal charges after an incident on Court Street.

Loretta M. Costa, 45, of Lincoln was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 7 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge due to two prior convictions after an incident at Thorne's of Concord on North Main Street. According to court documents, Costa was arrested on theft and violation or probation charges in February 2008 and later found guilty of both charges. In November 2011, she was arrested on fraudulent use of a credit card, reckless conduct, resisting arrest, and reckless conduct charges in Manchester, and a felony theft charge in Bedford, and was found guilty on those charges. She was also found guilty of delivery of weapon, contraband and two delivery of prohibited articles charges out of Haverhill in 2018. Costa has an active drug, bail, and endangerment court case in Thornton.
Ashley L. Cooper, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 12:13 p.m. on July 5 on criminal mischief, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Justice Robert O'Donnell, 23, of Franklin was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on July 3 on felony possession of methamphetamine, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, operating with an expired license, and unregistered motor vehicle on North Main Street. According to court documents, he was arrested in Franklin on controlled drug: acts prohibited and controlled premises charges in May 2018. He was found guilty on the charges in March 2019. O'Donnell is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for an arraignment on Aug. 6.
Dylan Paul Sargent, 27, of Loudon was arrested at 9:54 a.m. on July 2 on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
Ignacio Anguiano, 39, of Northwood was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on July 1 on a possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge after an incident in the North End. According to court documents, Anguiano was arrested in Portsmouth in February on a controlled drug charge and pleaded guilty in June to the charge. Part of the drug court sentencing was a "geographic restriction" keeping him out of the city of Concord. He is due back in court on Oct. 14. Previous arrests and convictions include driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, habitual offender, drug possession, and other charges all around the state dating back to 2007.
