Grafton Residents Arrested On Theft Charges: Concord Police Log

Plus, Mississippi man arrested for DWI, Laconia woman arrested for assault, and homeless man picked up on domestic, resisting charges.

CONCORD, NH — Douglas C. Smith, year of birth 1988, of French Hill Road in Grafton, and Ashley Smith, year of birth 1993, of Wild Meadow in Grafton, were arrested at 10:42 p.m. on March 2, 2018, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property. They were arrested after an alleged incident at Circle K.

Timothy G. Dobbins, year of birth 1989, of Cherry Boulevard in New Albany, MS, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. on March 2, 2018, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on Integra Drive near Life Storage.

Virginia A. Gilpatrick, year of birth 1982, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on March 1, 2018, for misuse or failure to display plates and a bench warrant. She was arrested on I-93 South near the Exit 14 off-ramp.

Jason P. Marcoux, year of birth 1976, of Concord, was arrested on three warrants at 8:11 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2018.

Jennifer D. Gray, year of birth 1977, of Laconia, was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2018, was arrested for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief-vandalism. She was arrested after an alleged incident between Mountain Road and the Merrimack River.

Neal P. McDonald, year of birth 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on Feb. 26, 2018, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention.

Nicole L. Tarbox, year of birth 1985, of Corn Hill Road in Webster, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2018, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford.
