Concord Man Arrested On Prowling, Attempted Theft Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Stephanie L. Pierce, year of birth 1983, of the Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen, was arrested at 9:26 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Irving on Pleasant Street.

Virginia A. Gilpatrick, year of birth 1982, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street near White Mountain Coffee.

Scott Prince, year of birth 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and armed robbery after an alleged incident on Thorndike Street.

Jonathan R. Devereaux, year of birth 1990, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, on two bench warrants. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Thorndike Street.

Phillip R. Mullen, year of birth 1992, of Ridge Road in Allenstown, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle on Chenell Drive.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, year of birth 1993, pictured, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, for attempt to commit-theft and loitering or prowling after an alleged incident on Fisherville Road.

Vincenzo Aguayo, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Oct. 10, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the Hutchins Road to Bog Road area of the city.

Walter I. Healey, year of birth 1954, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2017, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Fort Eddy Road for a welfare check on a reportedly intoxicated man, according to an affidavit. When they arrived, they met with the man – Healey – who they immediately recognized from previous encounters. He allegedly appeared “very intoxicated” and was complaining of chest pains, according to an affidavit. Healey was standing between Market Basket and the liquor store, according to the report. Dispatch noted that Healey had a no trespass order for the plaza and was arrested. He was taken to the hospital to be evaluated and then, after refusing bail services, was sent to county where he was held.
