Concord Residents Arrested On Meth Possession Charges: Log
A woman with previous domestic violence charges was arrested while felon with priors was arrested on weapon, habitual offender charges.

CONCORD, NH — Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on April 24, 2019, and charged with possession of controlled drugs at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.
William Leroy Vinal, born 1968, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on April 22, on a warrant at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
Kyle M. Kniffin, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on April 22, and charged with possessionof a controlled drug-methamphetamine-less than 1 ounce at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Deidre M. Scheffler, born 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 4:24 a.m. on April 21, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
Christopher Brayton Engelhardt, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on April 20, and charged with operating after certification as a habitual offender, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-less than 1 ounce, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, disobeying an officer, and a warrant. He was arrested on the eastbound side of I-393 Exit 3 offramp.

Albert W. Maltais, born 1955, of Concord, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on Feb. 18, on a conduct after an accident charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Mark Fuller, born 1983, of Andover, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 18, and charged with possession of a controlled drug and three warrants. He was arrested at the South Concord Meadows apartment complex on Clinton Street.
Ann Marie Sadatis, born 1953, of Concord, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Feb. 18, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges on Union Street.
