CONCORD, NH — Richard A. Stebbins, born 1975, of Allenstown, was arrested on May 28, 2019, on a warrant at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 6:26 a.m. on May 27, on two simple assault charges at Capitol Craftsman on North Main Street.

Karen Crystle Tefft, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on May 25, on a warrant at police headquarters.

Rylee Conte, born 1997, of Gilmanton, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on May 24, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Shelley A. Rood, born 1966, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on May 24, on a disorderly conduct charge at the U.S. Post Office on Chenell Drive.

Kelsey Nicole Naroian, born 1992, of Tilton, was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on May 23, on felony theft by unauthorized taking-due to two prior convictions at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Joshua W. Valley, born 1987, of Allenstown, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on May 23, on a simple assault charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Kayla Lee Bartley, born 1990, in Concord, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on May 22, on a criminal trespass charge at the Kennedy Apartments on Thompson Street.

Juan Miguel Batista III, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Feb. 16, on a warrant as well as two counts of possession of a controlled drugson North Main Street near Pleasant.
