Learn About Mayoral, City Council Candidates Online

Plus, Concord voters can file for absentee ballots and forum held on Tuesday night.

Don’t know who to vote for in the upcoming Concord Mayoral and City Council elections? The city clerk’s office wants you to know that the city has offered space for candidates to make submissions online to tell voters about why they are running for mayor, two four-year at-large city council seats, as well as 10 Ward council seats. Also, absentee ballots are now available at the City Clerk’s Office. If you are a registered voter or will register to vote at least 10 days in advance of an election, and are unable to vote at the polls on Election Day due to absence from town or physical disability, you may obtain an absentee ballot from the city clerk.

Write to, or appear at, the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall to request your ballot. During a primary election, voters not declared to a party will be asked to declare a party on their ballot request application. Ballots are given in-hand to the voter or delivered via U.S. mail.
