Man Indicted for Allegedly Firing Gun on Route 106: Roundup

Plus, Hooksett and Vermont habitual offenders indicted for allegedly driving and Concord, Manchester residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in March.

Nicholas Rodrick, 27, of Ked Drive in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Jan. 7, 2017.

Torin Ruggeri, 24, of South Mountain Road in Perkinsville, VT, for felony habitual offender allegedly on I-89 in Hopkinton on Jan. 22, 2017. He was deemed a habitual offender, according to the indictment, in August 2013.

Jason Saindon, 31, of Martins Ferry Road in Hooksett, for felony habitual offender. On Oct. 6, 2016, he allegedly drove on Commerce Drive in Hooksett.

Thomas Sevigny, 22, of Main Street in New Hampton, for criminal threatening and reckless conduct, both felonies. On Jan. 13, 2017, in Concord, he allegedly fired a firearm near a man or his vehicle on Route 106.

Samantha Stanford, 24, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Bruprenorphine/Suboxone. On Jan. 29, 2017, in Pittsfield, she was allegedly in possession of the drug while also out on bail at the time of the offense.

James Vandel, 37, of Karatzas Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug act-fentanyl; acts prohibited allegedly on Jan. 21, 2017, in Hooksett.

Paula White, 44, of Concord Street in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-hydrocodone/Vicodin allegedly on Green Street in Concord on Feb. 1, 2017.
