Concord Men Arrested on DWI Charges: Log

Police: Three from Concord Gardens arrested on warrants, Boston woman arrested for resisting, homeless woman charged with breach of bail.

CONCORD, NH — Jessica A. Calkins, 24, of Lithgow Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Esron Mbabazi, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 10:50 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on North State Street near the central fire station.

Debbie L. Gilmore, 47, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on Storrs Street.

Lawrence A. Riel, 51, of Curtice Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after a stop on North State Street.

Cody R. Stanford, 21, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, on a bench warrant. Also arrested were Samantha G. Stanford, 24, also Concord Gardens in Concord, on a bench warrant, and Hector L. Rodriguez, 22, of Concord Gardens in Concord, on a bench warrant. They were all arrested at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Kelly L. Butler, 50, of South Mill Village Road in Goshen, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2016, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and transportation of alcohol/open container after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road near the Lun Hing Motel.
