Man Indicted On Shotgun Threats, Assault Charge In Loudon: Court
Woman indicted on homicide charge after fatal Epsom crash; Concord man indicted after Franklin chase; woman accused of biting police chief.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jason Landry, 41, of Farrar Lane in Merrimack on two second-degree assault charges, single counts of criminal threatening and domestic violence, and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of knocking a woman to the ground causing her to break her toe, firing a shotgun at the window of her car and into the garage of a home on Bear Hill Road in March 2018 in Loudon. Landry was also accused of threatening to murder the woman, via email, on Dec. 30, 2018. And he was accused of poking her in the chest with a shotgun and threatening her in January 2021 in Loudon.
Elizabeth Vachereau, 43, of Brown Avenue in Manchester on receiving stolen property and escape charges, both felonies. She was accused of running out the door of the Newbury Police Department and biting the town's police chief after he arrested her on a receiving stolen property charge — retaining a 2018 GMC Terrain vehicle that she was accused of knowing to be stolen on May 20 in Newbury.

Isaiah Tuttle, 20, of River Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of repeatedly punching an intimate partner, causing a concussion, on April 24 in Franklin.
Cindy Walker, 42, of Partridge Road in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of spraying a foam adhesive onto numerous items owned by another person, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage, in Bow on May 13.

Heath Hanley, 25, of Knights Court in Raymond on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Zachary Drive in Hooksett on Jan. 20 after being deemed a habitual offender.
Amanda Raymond, 35, of Shaker Road in Loudon on a felony negligent homicide-driving under the influence charge. She was accused of driving a 2020 Dodge Ram pickup truck into another vehicle on Route 4-Dover Road in Epsom on Nov. 25, 2020, causing the death of Peter Carver. Richard A. Kendall III, 27, of Plains Court in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge after an incident in Franklin on March 7.
Timothy Leveille, 23, of Proctor Street in Franklin on a felony theft by unauthorized taking with priors charge. He was accused of stealing items from Hannaford in Franklin on April 1 after previously being convicted twice before on theft charges.
John H. Leighton, 61, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of not reporting to Franklin police on March 15 as required after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in April 1995 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Clifton Dempsey, 61, of North Quinsigamond Avenue in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a 2020 Ford F150 pickup truck on Interstate 93 in Bow and Concord after being certified as a habitual offender.
Kenny J. Robbins, 26, of Freedom Acres Drive in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge from Jan. 31 in Hopkinton.
Taylor Winter, 20, of West Parish Road in Concord on one motor vehicles; penalties charge; two reckless conduct charges, and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving through Franklin in a Volkswagen sedan, putting others in danger, including a police officer, after already being deemed a habitual offender on Feb. 22. On Feb. 24, he was accused of requesting a woman to falsely report to police that she was the driver of the vehicle.
