Concord Teen Arrested On 3 Stalking Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Shane A. Adkinson, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on May 20, 2022, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Shell station on Loudon Road at Gully Hill.

Robert W. Blair, 64, of Concord was arrested at 3 p.m. on May 18 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Hebert Street.

Christian E. Stinchcomb, 25, of Concord was cited at 4:23 p.m. on May 17 on a bench warrant after an incident on Interstate 393. He failed to appear at a status conference in Carroll County Superior Court on possession of a controlled drug: sale, etc. and three controlled drug counts, all felonies, and a driving after revocation or suspension charge after incidents in Conway in July and August 2020.

Joshua R. Burney, 43, of Penacook was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on May 16 on a bench warrant after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Justin Bruce Holland, born 1994, of Pembroke was arrested on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation at 11:37 p.m. on May 14 after an incident at 5-7 Pleasant St. Extension.

Todd Dovholuk, 43, of Bethlehem was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on May 6 on theft by deception, $1,001 to $1,500, and receiving stolen property, $1,001 to $1,500, charges after an incident on Triangle Park Drive. The charges stem from incidents in February in Concord. Dovholuk failed to appear at his arraignment on May 19 in Merrimack County Superior Court and a warrant for his arrest was requested on May 25. He has a dispositional conference booked for Aug. 4.

Jennifer Elaine Bowen, 49, of Manchester was arrested at 9:27 p.m. on May 5 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Anthony J. Cicirelli, 37, of Concord received a summons at 6:38 p.m. on May 4 on a conduct after an accident charge.

Leah Cordero, 39, of Warren was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on May 3 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and felony possession of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested after an incident at 131 S. Main St. Cordero failed to appear at the arraignment of the drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 19. A warrant was issued for her arrest on May 25.

Patrick Stephen Walsh, 62, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on March 31 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident at D’Angelos on South Main Street.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 2:19 p.m. on March 28 after an incident at Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street. He was also arrested again at 6:38 p.m. on May 5 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Staples on Fort Eddy Road.
