When they arrived, they made contact with a resident who stated that the incident was a verbal argument and the person who initiated the incident had since left. The detective told the other officers that Scott Prince – a previously homeless man who now lives in Penacook who was a suspect in an alleged attack on another man after the victim had reportedly had a ménage à trois at the I-93 homeless camp with his ex – frequented the area. They arrested him later in the evening.
