Concord Woman Faces Vehicular Assault, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Ivy H. Barboza, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on April 24, 2019, and charged with simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault in the Fisherville Road area of the city.
Jonathan Russell Devereaux, born 1990, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on April 22, and charged with two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts of possession of a controlled drug, and deal/possess prescription drugs. Another charge was redacted from the blotter. He was arrested at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Jason Lee Fortin, born 1974, of Franklin, was arrested at 6:33 a.m. on April 21, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-less than 1 ounce, receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, and deal/possess prescription drugs. He was arrested at the 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook.

Thomas Edward Ware, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on April 21, for felony receiving stolen property due to two prior convictions, resisting arrest or detention, and loitering or prowling. He was arrested at Dan O’Brien Kia on Manchester Street.
Nathan Chernis, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on April 20, and charged with stalking and breach of bail. He was arrested in the state hospital area of the city.

Jessica A. Warren, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Feb. 19, and charged with vehicular assault, driving after revocation or suspension-second offense, following too closely, and yellow/solid line violation on North State Street in the area of Hutchins and Bog Road.
Jerome Ross Reed-Guinn, born 1991, of Akron, OH, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 18, on a simple assault charge at Concord Gardens.
