Nashua Man Indicted For Firing Gun Inside Apartment: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Marcos Diaz, 25, of Long Drive in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges on Sept. 29, 2023, in Merrimack.

Fernando Jose Dominguez Amador, 24, of Grand Concourse in the Bronx, New York, on theft by unauthorized taking-conspiracy, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving the getaway vehicle outside CVS in Hudson after an attempted theft of a package containing $3,600 worth of cell phones purchased with a fraudulent credit card, driving 110 mph on Derry Street into oncoming traffic without headlights on signing a court document to receive bail with another person’s name on Dec. 23, 2023.

Charles Evans, 57, of Howard Street in Wilton on four felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of withdrawing funds from another person’s TD Bank account in Milford between Sept. 16, 2022, and Aug. 7, 2023.

Kenya Ferrell, 30, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with Jonelle Anderson to remove $1,500 worth of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on March 20, 2023.

Richard Fischer, 46, of Chadwick Circle in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun inside his apartment, causing a bullet to travel into his neighbor’s apartment on Nov. 2, 2023, in Nashua.

James Frye, 61, of D Street in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of stabbing another person twice in the leg, causing puncture wounds, on Jan. 23, 2023, in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Man Accused Of Stabbing Another Man In Downtown Nashua

Adonis Garcia, 31, of Dorset Street in South Burlington, Vermont, on a felony riot charge. Also indicted was Bryan Jonathan Guzman, 21, of Bowers Street in Nashua. They were accused of simultaneously engaging in violent conduct, which led to two men getting shot on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua. Daniel Gelardi, 31, of West Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check from the Enterprise Bank account of Groundhog Landscaping on Feb. 2, 2023, in Pelham.
