Woman Accused Of Driving Into Truck While Man, Children Were Inside

Plus: Nashua woman with priors indicted on knife threat charge; Haverhill woman indicted on multiple theft charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Crystal Ainsle, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of pointing a knife at another person during an argument on May 19 in Nashua.

Nigel Almonte, 34, of Buck Street in Nashua on two felony sale of marijuana charges. He was accused of selling marijuana to a cooperating informant on June 17, and June 18, 2020, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Almonte was convicted on a felony drug dealing charge in February 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Fernando Alvarez, 33, of Nut Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, crack cocaine and fentanyl, on April 21 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County in February 2019.

Jonelle Anderson, 38, of Water Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on four felony theft charges. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from Abercrombie and Fitch in Nashua on July 26, 2021, and May 2; acting in concert with Jada Cruz and Kimberly Gordon to steal items from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on Aug. 17, 2021; and working in concert with Kenya Ferrell to steal items from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on Sept. 20, 2021.

Erika Barlow, 31, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine and methamphetamine, on April 21 in Nashua.

Brian Bowden, 39, of Third Avenue in Lowell, MA, on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth, para-flurofentanyl, and cocaine, on April 20 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge out of Salem District Court in December 2017.

Ricky Brodeur, 48, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and para-flurofentanyl mix, on April 21 in Nashua.

Kevin Bryan, 27, of Newcastle Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 12 in Nashua.

Jonathan Bulliner, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to manually maneuver a car that was not his on April 7 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a theft charge in Sullivan County Superior Court and a willful concealment charge in Newport District Court in March.
