Teen Indicted For Spitting, Throwing Urine At Prison Guards
Boscawen felon indicted for possessing stolen gun, Laconia man indicted on crack charge, Queen City woman indicted in 2012 shoplifting case.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael Roach, 29, of Beech Street in Boscawen, for felon in possession and receiving stolen property, both felonies. On Jan. 21, 2018, he was allegedly in possession of a stolen Colt Mustang. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of burglary in Grafton County Superior Court in December 2013.
Timothy Sargent, 38, of Union Avenue in Laconia, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Jan. 16, 2018, in Concord.

Collin Schwartz, 19, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of assault by prisoner. On April 17, and Oct. 27, 2017, he allegedly spit at corrections officers and propelled a liquid substance – believed to be urine and/or feces – at a corrections officer.

David M. Sullivan, 27, of Loudon Road in Concord, on seven felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, buprenorphine, lorazepam, eszopicione, allegedly on Dec. 21, 2017, in Pembroke.
Roberta Tessier, 63, with a last known address of Varney Street in Manchester, for felony organized retail crime enterprise. On Jan. 9, 2012, she allegedly conspired reportedly with Allison Carbone and Ethan Tessier to steal numerous DVDs from Walmart in Hooksett.
