Concord Man Indicted For Stealing Delivery Man’s Vehicle: Roundup

Alleged burglar with priors indicted, Franklin man indicted on property, drug charges, Deerfield man indicted for armed robbery conspiracy.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Brian Sanborn, 53, upper middle, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and three counts of retaining stolen property, all felonies. On Dec. 8, 2017, on Victory Drive in Franklin, he was allegedly in possession of drugs as well as two motorcycles and four Mercedes Benz rims, all owned by another Franklin man.

John Shew, 42, of Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine allegedly on Dec. 8, 2017, in Concord.

Dylan Smith, 21, upper left, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and criminal threatening, both felonies. On Dec. 8, 2017, he reportedly agreed with Robert Aliberti and other unknown people to allegedly threaten and attempt to rob individuals on Thorndike Street.

David Sullivan, 27, upper right, of Loudon Road in Concord, on two counts of habitual offender, two counts of receiving stolen property, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On Jan. 29, 2018, he allegedly stole a vehicle owned by a delivery driver and Thorndike Street in Concord even though he had already been deemed a habitual offender. On Dec. 21, 2017, he allegedly drove on Pembroke Road in Pembroke. On Nov. 9, 2017, he allegedly stole liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Pembroke. Twice before, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in October 2015, and receiving stolen property in October 2014, both in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joseph Swan, 54, with a last known address of County Club Drive in Manchester, on two felony counts of issuing bad checks. On July 15, 2003, he allegedly uttered two checks at $27,045 and $11,782 to Merchants Auto in Hooksett while knowing that the checks would not be cleared since the account had been closed.

Kevin Townsend, 43, of Union Road in Belmont, for acts prohibited; false prescription and identity fraud, both felonies. On Jan. 9, 2018, he allegedly posed as another person to fill a prescription for Oxycontin at a pharmacy in Concord.

Rhianna Twomey, 25, of Harris Avenue in Portland, ME, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 28, 2015, she allegedly obtained control of vacuums belonging to Target on D’Amante Drive in Concord. Previously, she’s been convicted at least twice of theft.

Travis Vachon, 30, lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony burglary. On July 9, 2014, he allegedly entered a residence at the Royal Gardens apartment complex in Concord.

Ashley Wright, 27, of Worfield Circle in Bristol, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Oct. 24, 2016, in Franklin.
