NH Man Arrested For Voting In Two States: NH AG
Todd Krysiak of Alton is accused of voting during the 2016 general election in both New Hampshire and Leominster, Massachusetts.

CONCORD, NH — A Lakes Region man is being accused by vote fraud investigators in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office of voting twice during the 2016 general election. Todd Krysiak, 36, of Alton, was arrested on June 7, 2019, on a single felony count of voting in more than one state, prohibited. Nicholas Chong Yen, an assistant attorney general of the Election Law Unit, accused Krysiak of voting in both Alton and Leominster, Massachusetts, in November 2018.
"(Krysiak was charged for) knowingly checking in at the checklist in Alton and casting a New Hampshire ballot," he stated, "after having already cast a ballot in the same election in Massachusetts."
Krysiak will be arraigned in Belknap County Superior Court on June 20. Yen noted that Alton police issued the arrest for the department.

Robert Bell of Atkinson was arrested back in April after admitting to undercover journalists at Project Veritas that he voted in both Atkinson and Palm Coast, Florida. Grace and John Fleming of Hampton were indicted on charges of voting in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts during the 2016 cycle last year. A week after the indictment of the Flemings, Spencer McKinnon, a student at the University of New Hampshire, was charged after being accused of voting in Durham and Dracut, MA. Earlier this year, Douglas Smith Jr. or Warner was indicted on a wrongful voting charge after allegedly casting ballots in both the Danbury and Grafton town elections in March 2018.
While appearing to focus on recent elections, thousands and thousands of voter affidavits from past elections remain in boxes unexamined due to lack of staffing. Two years ago, officials at the NH AG's Office stated that it still hadn't examined tens of thousands of voter affidavits from the 2012 and 2014 election cycles, calling the process extremely burdensome.
