Hooksett Man Indicted On Second-Degree Assault And Threat Charges

Superior court roundup: Warner man indicted for wrongful voting while Concord and Weare women were indicted on numerous drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Tyler S. Alati, 28, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine from June 21, 2018, in Concord.

Tommi Allen aka Tommi Lynn Lindbloom, 39, pictured upper middle, with a last known address of North Main Street in Hooksett, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge from Oct. 20, 2018, in Concord.

Gina Anzalone, 33, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, on five felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-meperidine, dextroamphetamine, tramadol, and four counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, Clonazepam, Diazepam, Carisoprodol, from Jan. 14, 2019, in Concord.

Amanda Bailey-Roberge, 35, pictured lower left, of River Road in Weare, on one count of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and cocaine, all felonies, in Concord on Jan. 7, 2019.

Juan M. Batista III, 24, pictured lower middle, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a single felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine from Jan. 28, 2019, in Concord.

Chad Belleville, 36, pictured upper left, of Pleasant Street in Concord, on two counts of burglary, both felonies. On July 22, and July 27, 2017, he allegedly entered occupied structures on Village Street in Penacook.

Martin Berno, 38, of Turner Hill Road in Moretown, VT, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and heroin on Nov. 2, 2018, in New London.

Aaron Bond, 20, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. On Jan. 11, 2019, in Concord, at the time of the incident, he was out on bail after being charged with acts prohibited in October 2018.

Jason Bourgeois, 40, of Casey Drive in Hooksett, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. On Dec. 23, 2018, in Hooksett, according to the indictment, he allegedly strangled a woman and “held a knife to her throat stating he would kill her or words to that effect.”

Douglas Smith Jr., 30, pictured upper right, of Dustin Road in Warner, for wrongful voting for allegedly voting in both Grafton and Danbury in March 2018. According to the indictment, he wasn’t qualified to vote in Danbury because a person can claim only one domicile for voting purposes.
