Pembroke Man Indicted On 36 Child Sexual Assault Counts: Roundup
Franklin, Penacook, Sanbornton men indicted on domestic violence charges; Wilmot felon accused of possessing meth, grabbing guns from cops.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Gigi B. Dionne, 51, of Benton Drive in Laconia, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-heroin charge on July 8, 2019, in Concord.
Courtney M. Donahue, 25, of Franklin Street in Franklin, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on June 19 in Andover.

John K. Doyle Jr., 46, of Community Drive in Penacook, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. On March 13, he's accused of threatening and then cutting a woman's hand with a knife in Allenstown.
Bruce Drew, 63, of Mass Avenue in Pembroke, on seven counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and 29 counts of felonious sexual assault. Between Jan. 1, 1986, and Dec. 31, 1991, he's accused of raping and fondling a girl and having the girl touch him in Concord.

Nicholas S. Dubois, 34, of Front Street in Manchester, on a felony driving while deemed a habitual offender charge on Airport Road in Concord on April 25.
Shana Dutterer, 26, of Coyote Ridge Road in Newry, Maine, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on July 14 in Hooksett.
Alan T. Stratton, 44, of Somerville Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving charge on I-93 in Hooksett on Feb. 19.
Scott L. Stanley III, 27, of Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on reckless conduct and domestic violence charges, both felonies. On March 25, in Franklin, he's accused of using a motor vehicle as a weapon to endanger a woman saying he was going to kill them and destroy the car or words to that effect.
Ian Spiro, 43, of Killington, Vermont, on possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute and two possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam, alprazolam, charges, all felonies on I-93 in Hooksett.
Wayne Smith, 44, homeless, on convicted felons-concealed knife and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charges, both felonies on March 16 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2017.
Bohdan Rudzinskyj, 36, of Cram Road in Sanbornton, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 27, 2018, on Loudon.
