Barnstead Man Arrested On Conduct After Accident Charge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Vernon Lowell Key, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2019, on two counts of domestic violence-stalking and two counts of breach of bail. He was arrested at an apartment building on Loudon Road.

Brittany Annmarie Price, born 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on July 30, on three bench warrants at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Michelle Lynn Milbury, born 1988, of an unknown address, was arrested at 5 p.m. on July 30, on a disorderly conduct charge at the Center for Advanced Veterinary Care on Bridge Street.

Brooks A. Rainie, born 1958, of Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 28, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Hannaford at Fort Eddy Road.

Christopher Eugene Holland, born 1996, homeless, was arrested at 3:50 a.m. on July 28, on a possession of a controlled drug charge at police headquarters.

Rodney J. Moody, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on July 27, on two counts of duty to inform at police headquarters. According to the state of New Hampshire, he was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a victim under 13 in Belknap County in April 1998.

Nicholas S. Dubois, born 1985, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on July 26, on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender as well as disobeying an officer, uninspected vehicle, reckless operation, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Airport Road.

Jeffrey Norman Thurston, born 1962, of Barnstead, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on July 25, on a conduct after an accident charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

John Albert Lockhart, born 1970, of an unknown address, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on July 23, on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a littering violation on Bridge Street.
