Boscawen Teen Indicted For Crash That Injured Classmate: Roundup
Nottingham woman accused of strangling man; prison drug smuggling indictments; elderly Pembroke man indicted on sexual assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Desiree M. Charter, 33, pictured left center, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. She is accused of placing merchandise at Walmart in a cart and leaving the store without paying for the items on March 30, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Concord Circuit Court and theft by deception in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2016.
Tyler Daigle, 18 of Welcome Avenue in Boscawen, on two counts of second-degree assault and reckless conduct, all felonies. On July 4, 2018, he is accused of driving a Nissan Maxima, with a passenger in the vehicle, at high speeds, and crashing the Maxima on River Road in Boscawen.

Everett E. Disorda, 48, incarcerated, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He is accused of agreeing with Robin Fernandez to smuggle drugs into the state prison in Concord in December 2018.
Arthur Doiron, 42, incarcerated, far right, on felony delivery of articles to prisoners. He is accused of having a controlled drug under his control while inside the state prison on Dec. 25, 2018.

Christopher B. Engelhardt, 25, homeless, far left, on driving while deemed a habitual offender, convicted felons-knife, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. Police stopped a motor vehicle Engelhardt was driving on I-393 in Concord on April 20.
Courtney Donahue, 27, of West Main Street in Tilton, on three counts of possession of a narcotic drug-chloradiazepoxide, suboxone, meth, on Feb. 4, in Hooksett.
Bruce Drew, 65, of Mass Avenue in Pembroke, on three counts of felonious sexual assault. He accused of fondling a girl and having her fondle him between January 1986 and December 1989 in Concord.
Rebekah Foster, 37, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. Between Jan. 1, and Feb. 15, she is accused of agreeing with Daniel Knowlton and Jessica Michaud to smuggle drugs into the state prison via letters.
Nicholas Francois, 24, center right, of Boulder Circle in Allenstown, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on April 11, in Concord.
Nakita Ferira, 29, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. On March 30, in Pittsfield, she is accused of strangling a man.
