Penacook​ Man Arrested Twice In Six Hours​: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Michael Byrne, year of birth 1964, of Medford Street in Somerville, MA, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for receiving stolen property and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Manchester Street near Brookside Pizza.

Michael Decelle, YOB 1983, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on June 24, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested downtown in the area of the Statehouse.

Kelly J. O’Connor, YOB 1990, of Lyndon Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on June 24, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault after an alleged incident in the North End/Washington Street area of the city.

Sean Baker, YOB 1987, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 8 a.m. on June 23, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in Penacook Square. At 2:30 p.m. on June 23, 2017, he was arrested again on two counts of criminal mischief-vandalism allegedly in an apartment on Village Street.

Joel O. Niles, YOB 1998, of Whitewater Drive in Concord, was arrested at 4:02 a.m. on June 22, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and two counts of unlawful possession of alcohol. Also arrested was Joseph Clough, YOB 1997, of Red Fox Road in Hillsborough, for possession of controlled drugs and unlawful possession of alcohol. They were arrested in the basketball court on Modena Drive.

Alexis B. Call, YOB 1984, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:31 p.m. on June 21, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Portsmouth Street.

Roger A. Hutchins, YOB 1969, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. on June 21, 2017, was arrested on a bench warrant at police headquarters.

Timothy E. Hoyt, YOB 1956, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on June 21, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Loudon Road near the Windmill Restaurant.
