Alleged Concord Drunk Driver Arrested On Crash Charge: Log

CONCORD, NH — Karihungu Ntihinyurwa, 35, pictured, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for conduct after an accident. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Jennings Drive. Ntihinyurwa was arrested on drunk driving charges in October 2016 and October 2015.

(Redacted) was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, willful concealment, disobeying an officer, misuse or failure to display plates, and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on South State Street. (Redacted) was arrested on assault and drug charges in September, so the breach charge was added.

Ryan M. Murphy, 29, of Logging Hill Road in Bow, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense after an alleged incident on North State Street near Santander Bank in the North End.

Jennifer R. Harding, 37, of Province Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior theft convictions.

Stephanie L. Pierce, 33, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Her charges stem from an alleged incident on Pinewood Trail. She was summoned to court last year for a theft incident at Walmart.

Sara Gregg, 38, of Woodland Drive in Weare, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, on four warrants. Also arrested was Alexis Call, 32, of Woodlawn Drive in Allenstown, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Hall Street.

Joshua L. Cross, 23, of Thurston Pond Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for reckless operation. Also arrested was James M. Harris Jr., 21, of Prescott Street in Concord, for reckless operation. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Locke Road.
