Poured Beer, Punched Wall Lead to Charges: LOG

Concord Police: Man who never had a license crashes car, homeless campers arrested, complaint about four-wheelers leads to active warrant.

Bulambo Lushagila, 55, of North State Street in Concord, received a summons at 3:36 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2015, for failure to yield and operating without a valid license charges after a crash at the intersection of Rumford and Centre streets with personal injury. A check by dispatch found that Lushagila had never had a license and he was determined to be at fault for the accident by the officer. He’s due in court on Jan. 25, 2015.

Kimberly Graham, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. on Dec. 16, on criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions charges. Officers were sent to South Commercial Street for a report of campers on private property near The Friendly Kitchen. The caller reported that there were five individuals at the site. One, Graham, had been previously warned not to be on the property, so she was arrested.

Jee H. Timm, 30, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on Dec. 1, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Police were sent to an apartment for a report of a domestic. They spoke with a woman who reported that she and Timm had an argument earlier. Timm had already left the scene but had allegedly punched a bedroom door, ripped items off of shelves during the argument, and poured beer on her, according to the report. An officer went inside the apartment and stated it had “an overwhelming odor of an alcoholic beverage” and there were personal belongings all over the bedroom. The woman denied that the argument was physical. The neighbor who called police alleged that Timm had poured beer on the woman during the argument. The officer called Timm who was in Chichester to speak to him about the incident but he allegedly was “vague in his comments” but agreed to get a ride back to Concord to speak with police. Timm reportedly stated he got upset while texting his girlfriend at work and someone else texted, “She’s busy,” which caused the argument. He was later arrested.

Nancy A. Paquin, 41, of Marshall Court of Pittsfield, received a summons at 3:49 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a theft charge allegedly involving $62.90 worth of items that were bagged in the self-service checkout aisle but not paid for. She’s due in court on Dec. 28.

Jason A. Berube, 39, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 6, for a false inspection or registration sticker after a traffic stop on North State Street for inactive taillights on a pickup truck. Berube allegedly admitted to making the fake inspection sticker because the 2002 Ford wouldn’t pass due to rust.

Joshua D. Taylor, 43, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on Nov. 5, for driving after revocation or suspension and felony warrant after an officer allegedly saw Taylor on a motorcycle on School Street and knew he didn’t have an active license. “As soon as Taylor and I made eye contact I watched him put his head down and turn his face away from me,” the officer alleged. “I suspected that he was trying to conceal his face from me.” He was pulled over on South Street and while dispatch double-checked that he had a suspended license – for default court summons in August 2014 – they also found a Merrimack County warrant for violation of probation/parole, a felony.

Kody A. Osgood, 25, of Iron Works Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Nov. 4, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle and a warrant out of Merrimack County. Osgood was arrested at Concord Hospital.

Andrew J. Demetriou, 46, of Villanova Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Nov. 4, on a bench warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court for fraudulent handling of recordable writing from Oct. 20, 2015. Police were sent to the address for a dispute between neighbors with one alleging that the other was “doing donuts with his vehicle” in her driveway. After determining property lines, the man and others riding four-wheelers were found to not be on the woman’s property. However, Demetriou was arrested on the warrant.
