Concord Police Log: Teen Allegedly Assaults Mom with Toy Shovel at the Mall
Plus, police called to Burger King for a heroin overdose, skateboarding son leads to mom arrested on a warrant, and warrant arrests.

Maxwell Broadbent, 21, of Pine Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on May 7, 2015, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal trespass charges. Police were sent to Warren Street for a domestic disturbance between a man and woman and while en route, stopped on Pine Street to speak with Broadbent and woman. He reportedly stated that he was coming from a Warren Street home where he had an argument with another woman while trying to retrieve some of his belongings. The reporting officer went to Warren Street and spoke with a woman who was emotional and upset. The woman alleged that Broadbent came to her house even though he was told not to. The two began arguing on a porch and he allegedly attempted to gain access to the building. Broadbent then allegedly “grabbed her and pushed her up against the door,” the report stated. He’s due in court on June 15.
April A. Gardner, 26, of Liberty Street in Concord, received a summons at 7:20 a.m. on May 5, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on the I-93 southbound onramp on Exit 15, after an officer reportedly saw her take an illegal left turn onto North Main Street from Franklin Street. Gardner reportedly told the officer that her boyfriend had a leg injury and was unable to drive the vehicle, because it was a stick shift, and she needed to get the methadone clinic. She’s due in court on June 1.
Tyler A. Gelinas, 26, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:38 a.m. on May 4, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, default or breach of bail conditions, driving after revocation or suspension on May 3, on Broadway. He was arrested at Concord District Court. He’s due in court on June 8.

Shane M. Vannest, 25, of Liberty Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:35 p.m. on May 3, for possession of alcoholic beverages – public property. An officer reportedly saw a man sitting on a rock wall at South Main and Concord streets with an open container of Busch Light beer. The man, Vannest, was issued a summons and is due in court on June 8.
Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on May 2, on a warrant. An officer on patrol in Penacook reportedly saw a person slumped over a chair at the Penacook Village Laundromat. The officer checked the man to see if he was OK and he reportedly stated he was just tired and had not slept in a long time. A check yielded an active warrant out of Loudon on theft and breach charges and he was arrested.

Sarah N. Monette, 25, of Vindale Street in Hooksett, was arrested at 2 p.m. on May 1, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from Sept. 7, 2014, at the Irving on North State Street, as well as a bench warrant out of Hooksett District Court on a willful concealment charge, $250 cash to settle. She was arrested by Bow Police at the Hampton Inn on South Street and was held without bail.
Elizabeth A. Tierney, 28, of Blakes Hill Road in Northwood, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on April 30, and charged with four counts of simple assault, two counts of criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief after an incident at Concord Hospital on April 10, 2015, and two counts of simple assault from an incident at the hospital on April 13, 2015. She’s due in court on June 8.
Christian Robison, 17, of Stark Highway in Dunbarton, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on April 28, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police and Concord Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the Steeplegate Mall for a woman who was reportedly assaulted by her son. According to the report, the woman alleged that Robison squirted her with ketchup while they were eating at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on D’Amante Drive. He reportedly continued with his bad behavior while leaving so she pulled into the Sear’s parking lot to “deal with him.” As she pulled into the lot, Robison allegedly struck her in the back of the head with a plastic toy shovel “a few times.” She pulled him out of the car and a witness called police. “I asked Christian if he understood what he did wrong today,” the officer reported. “He stated, ‘Yes,’ and that he would never hit his mother again.” He was arrested and is due in court on June 1.
Jagath Budthoki, 19, of Summer Avenue in Springfield, MA, received a summons at 11:51 p.m. on March 21, for unlawful possession of alcohol after allegedly being found intoxicated in the Concord Gardens complex. A 16-year-old was also allegedly found to be intoxicated at the scene.
Thomas A. Hebert, 24, a homeless man now located in Lincoln, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on March 21, on a felony possession of controlled drug charge. Police along with Concord Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the Burger King on Hall Street for a heroin overdose. A witness who called 911 stated that she had picked up Hebert earlier at the 7-Eleven. The two had been dating a few weeks. They went down to Hall Street and she went into the gas station. When she came out, she found Hebert in the car unresponsive. EMTs treated him while she consented to have her Mercury Sable searched. The officer allegedly found heroin on the passenger seat, two needles, a spoon with heroin residue, an elastic, and other items, in a plastic bag that was left on the roof of the car. Hebert was reportedly out on probation from Grafton County.
Bobbi-Jo Howard, 38, of Centre Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on March 21, on a bench warrant on an endangering the welfare of a child charge. An officer on patrol on Centre Street saw a teen skateboarding in the middle of the street. The boy, who was with his sister, reportedly told the officer that he had been told not to skateboard in the middle of the street in the past. The officer tried reaching their mother, Howard, and later, took the children home. The officer spoke to Howard and found out she had an active warrant and she was arrested. The father came to take custody of the children.
Juan L. Montes, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, ME, received a summons at 7:38 a.m. on March 21, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop for a red light violation on South Main and Pleasant Street extension. He reportedly had a suspended New York license and was issued a summons.
Jonathan R. Raymond, 22, of Duston Drive in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on March 21, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. An officer on North Main Street reportedly saw a pickup truck take a turn from Storrs Street without stopping. The pickup truck pulled into the Cumberland Farms for gas and the officer spoke to the driver, Ramond. The officer spoke to Raymond and alleged that he had bloodshot eyes, was slurring his speech, and smelled like alcohol. He agreed to a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Kimberly Graham, 26, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on March 20, for disorderly conduct. Police were sent to the First Congregational Church for a report of a woman bleeding heavily from the face. The officer made contact with Graham who had a bloody nose. She was reportedly intoxicated, unsteady on her feet, and slurring her words. Graham was taken into protective custody and transported to Concord Hospital for treatment. While waiting to be treated, Graham allegedly began yelling. “This is f----- bull----, what the f---,” she allegedly stated in a loud voice. Staff at the hospital closed the door but she allegedly continued to yell asking to be returned to the shelter and swearing. Graham was asked to stop but allegedly didn’t and was taken into custody. She later reportedly stated, “I know I am being a loud mouth and I need to stop.” She was held on $500 cash bail.
Frank H. Pickering, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on March 20, for default or breach of bail conditions for allegedly being intoxicated on Washington Street while previously out on bail.
