Webster Woman Arrested On Theft Charge: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Matthew T. Loder, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on July 26, 2020, on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on South Main Street.

David E. Philbrick, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on July 25 on driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and failure to use required turn signal charges after an incident on Whitney Road.

Jesse Travis Croft, born 1994, of Concord was arrested 10:11 p.m. on July 20 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at the Firehouse Block Garage on North State Street. He was arrested again at 8:30 p.m. on July 22 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at 90 S. Main St. Croft is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for an arraignment on Aug. 27.

Zachary Marshall Wildman, 45, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on July 21 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 12:10 a.m. on July 21 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident at Concord Hospital.

Hallie L. Snow, 27, of Webster was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on July 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street. She has bail order court dates pending in both Hillsborough County Superior Court North and Merrimack County Superior Court.

Gregory Madison Perkins, 29, of Concord was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on July 19 on criminal threatening and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Carter Street. Previously, according to court documents, he pleaded guilty to a single felony first-degree assault charge against a child in May 2014. A second charge was nolle prossed. In October 2015, Perkins was charged with violation or probation or parole that led to a "finding of true" in December 2015 and time served.

Michelle A. Hammond, 30, of Concord was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on July 19 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She has a number of active cases including a felony controlled drug charge out of Pittsfield from January 2019, a felony receiving stolen property charge out of Concord from August 2019, a controlled drug charge out of Bow from February, and drug possession, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges out of Laconia from February.
