Accused Drug Dealers, Felons With Weapons, Others Indicted: Court
Concord teen indicted on tampering witness charges after shooting; numerous men indicted on drug charges; vehicle as weapon indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Nicholas S. Dubois, 34, pictured upper left, of Front Street in Manchester, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of driving at more than 100 mph on Airport Road in Concord and Route 3 in Pembroke, using his vehicle as a deadly weapon, on April 25, 2019.
Alan K. Edwards, 49, lower right, of Pleasant Valley Road in Bradford, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Water Street in Concord on July 28.

Christopher L. Faulkner, 32, of Elm Street in Penacook, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 27 in Concord.
Peter Fiasconaro, 41, of Manchester Street in Laconia, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a hatchet and acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies, on July 26 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, Fiasconaro was convicted on a burglary charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 1997.

Patrick Flood, 30, of Fessenden Drive in Boscawen, on possession of a controlled drug-meth with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, both felonies, on Route 3A in Bow on July 19. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of accomplice to sale of a controlled drug in Belknap County Superior Court in November 2016.
Kevin Folsom, 30, lower middle, homeless in Concord, on felon in possession-a knife and two possession of a controlled drug-meth, fentanyl and tramadol charges, both felonies, in Concord on Sept. 5.
Morgan Fontaine-Wilmot, 25, upper middle, of Union Road in Belmont, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth on July 16 in Concord.
Brian J. Gavell-Cahill, 20, upper right, of Kearsarge Mountain Road in Warner, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-LSD charge on May 5 in Concord.
Peter Gilbert, 30, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of driving a vehicle as a deadly weapon into a granite ledge on May 2 in Franklin.
Devon M. Gilligan, 18, lower left, of Woodbine Avenue in Concord, on two felony counts of tampering with witnesses in informants. Between March 13 and Sept. 3, Gilligan is accused of attempting to induce two people to "testify or inform falsely" about an armed robbery and shooting incident in Boscawen.
Geraldo A. Guzman, 43, of Museum Square in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony acts prohibited-cocaine charge on July 23 in Hooksett.
Kahara Hall, 27, with a last known address of Longleaf Place in Derry, on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-diazepam charges, all felonies, on Pinnacle Street in Hooksett on July 10. Previously, according to the indictment, Hall was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June.
Michelle Hammond, 29, of Davis Road in Center Barnstead, on receiving stolen property-a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander charge on Aug. 3 in Concord and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Jan. 8 in Pittsfield.
