Woman Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges Again: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Yazeed Albawardi, born 1995, of Manchester received a summons at 5:30 p.m. on June 28, 2020, on an operating without a valid license charge on Old Turnpike Road near Terrill Park.

Robert E. Tessier, 33, of Northwood was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on June 27 on a possession of methamphetamine charge after an incident in the area of 8 Loudon Road. He's due to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Sept. 24.

Jonathan Taylor Gagne, born 2000, of Concord received a summons at 3:39 p.m. on June 25 on an unlawful possession/intoxication charge after an incident at Riverbend on Pleasant Street.

Karen Crystle Tefft, 33, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on June 23 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident in Perley and Downing streets area of the South End. She's due for arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 20. Previously, Tefft has been convicted on second-degree assault, assault, unsworn falsification, disobeying an officer, forgery, and violation of probation or parole numerous times, and theft charges since 2008.

Aristarque Manzombi-Bongambe, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at noon on June 22 on criminal trespass, two stalking charges, and two violation of a protective order charges after an incident at Arnie's Place on Loudon Road.

Melanie Lynn Michael, 40, of Northfield received a summons at 9:15 p.m. on June 20 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was out on bail after being arrested on controlled drug: acts prohibited and a bail order violation in March out of Boscawen and January in Franklin.

Christina Marie Labrie, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on June 20 on two stalking and two breach of bail charges after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Nancy M. Smith, born 1947, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on June 17 on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Jackson Roland Brady Prive, born 2002, of Concord received a summons on a reckless operation charge after an incident on Mountain Road at 12:45 a.m. on June 16.
