Newport man charged with theft, three Concord man arrested on conduct after accident charges, and warrant issued against Manchester man.

CONCORD, NH — Maxwell Cross, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on May 6, 2017, for conduct after an accident. The charge stems from an alleged incident on West Street.
David Bearor, year of birth 1983, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on May 7, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on East Side Drive.
