Police: Concord man charged with DWI after crash, homeless woman arrested on warrants, and another alleged drug dealer charged.

CONCORD, NH — Kyle D. Perkins, 24, of Hammond Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on the Loudon Road river bridge.

Nathan W. Stewartson, 27, of Central Street in East Hampstead, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, for conduct after an accident and vehicular assault after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

David A. Leduc, 49, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, received a summons at 5:27 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on South Main Street.

Rinzin Dakpa, 32, of Greeley Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. He was arrested on Loudon Road at the river bridge.

Shrief M. Elmasry, 21, of Currier Road in Andover, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Firehouse Block Garage on North State Street.

Frank H. Pickering, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for sale of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at the Sunoco on Manchester Street.

Tracy M. Hebert, 40, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, on three warrants. She was arrested in an apartment on Fayette Street.
