The EBW for Mills was issued by the Hooksett 6th Circuit Court for non-appearance on an original drug charge stemming from an arrest in June of 2017 by the Hooksett Police Department,” he alleged.

When officers arrived, there was a man located with Mills who was identified as O’Neill, and he “quickly turned around to exit the store,” Scarpino alleged. In the parking lot of the store, with officers following him, O’Neill allegedly threw “a clear plastic bag containing a large quantity of a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine” while attempting to elude police.

Mills was arrested and released on $100 cash bail. She’s due back in court on Dec. 1. O’Neill was held and transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections pending an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Previously, according to reports on Patch, Mills has been arrested a number of times during the past two years. She was arrested in March 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Concord District Court on drug related charges issued on Feb. 25, 2016. In 2015, she was arrested at the end of September on drug charges. In February of that year, she was arrested for unlawful possession after reportedly pounding on the door of a stranger’s home at 3 a.m.

O’Neill was also arrested in 2015 after allegedly being involved in a string of burglaries in Pembroke after the Concord Regional Crimline issued an alert about the case. He was indicted on another burglary charge last month that allegedly occurred in Allenstown in July.
