Alleged Consignment Fraudster, Others Indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court
Plus, alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, Haverhill woman indicted on theft charge, and Hudson woman indicted after crash.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Stephan Condodemetraky, 48, pictured upper right, of Dorothy’s Way in Bedford, on seven felony counts of theft by misapplication of property for allegedly failing to pay people for vehicles on consignment at Dusty Old Cars in Nashua.
Daniel Covey, 58, of Merrimack Street in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct and false report to law enforcement. On June 5, 3017, he allegedly discharged a firearm “after consuming Valium” and then gave false information to Nashua Police.

Adrian Crooker, 23, of Fairlane Avenue in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,001 to $1,500) – a gold ring – allegedly on May 23, 2017, in Litchfield. Sadie Creighton, 29, pictured upper left, of Fairmont Street in Nashua, for felony driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on April 10, 2017, after a collision in Hudson.
Ashley Cruz, 33, of Coffin Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between April 25, and May 9, 2016, she allegedly purposely obtained more than $3,900 in cash belonging to Gymboree Corporation at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua.
Jacklyn R. Danforth, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone-second offense allegedly on April 27, 2017, in Nashua. According to the indictment, she was previously convicted of possession in May 2008, in Rochester District Court.
Natacha Davis, 29, of Amory Street in Nashua, for sale of a narcotic drug-heroin, possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and fentanyl-subsequent, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On May 10, 2017, in Nashua, she allegedly threw a needle to impair a police investigation. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in August 2014.
Reyna De La Cruz, 34, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for felony issuing bad checks and false report. On Jan. 2, 2017, she allegedly issued two insufficient funds checks to Salon Centric in Nashua. On Jan. 27, she allegedly told police that her hair products were stolen by another.
Lisa Diperna, 55, pictured lower left, with a last known address of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on May 9, 2017, in Nashua.
Cheryl Donlon, 57, pictured lower middle, of Intervalle Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking allegedly involving clothing, pillows, and perfume on April 21, 2017, at the Macy’s in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in June 2015, and Manchester District Court in April 2014.
Nolan Douglass, 23, pictured lower right, of Horsepond Avenue in Nashua, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on May 15, May 17, May 30, and June 8, 2017, in Nashua.
