Prisoners Indicted On Drug, Assault Charges: Roundup
Dover man allegedly using car as a weapon indicted on charges, alleged Seabrook drug dealers indicted, alleged Derry teen stalker indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Michael P. Daniels, 36, of Allen Street in Salem, MA, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for assaults by prisoners, delivery of articles prohibited-Buprenorphine, conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners-Buprenorphine, and two counts of falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Oct. 7, 2016, and March 15, 2017, in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.
Johnathon Dennison, 28, of Western Avenue in Dover, for receiving stolen property and four counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapons, all felonies, as well as resisting arrest, disobeying an officer, and two counts of conduct after an accident. In Deerfield, allegedly on Dec. 6, 2015, he allegedly drove 60 mph in a 35 zone, refused to stop for police, and reversed the vehicle and nearly crashed into a police vehicle.

Marisol Dewindt, 23, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly in concert with Danny Paniagua-Zapata on March 10, 2017, in Salem.

John Doherty, 43, of School Street in South Effingham, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on March 21, 2017, on Route 101 in Epping.
Dee Ann Dow, 48, pictured bottom left, of Washington Street in Seabrook, for felony conspiracy sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly to Jerry Dow on March 7, 2017, in Seabrook. Jerry Dow, 26, pictured bottom center, currently incarcerated, was also indicted on three felony counts sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequently, dealing in or possessing prescription drugs, and willful concealment. The alleged drug sales allegedly occurred on March 3, March 7, and March 10, 2017, in Seabrook. The shoplifting charge allegedly occurred at Kohl’s in Seabrook on Feb. 24, 2017.
Justin Drew, 30, of Court Street in Portsmouth, for felony conspiracy of articles prohibited-Buprenorphine for allegedly agreeing with Michael Daniels to mail the drug to him in the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
Johnathan Duguay, 19, of Fairview Avenue in Derry, for stalking and criminal threatening, both felonies, for allegedly holding a knife at a woman’s throat in 2016, in Derry, and contacting the woman through Facebook on Dec. 8, 2016, after a restraining order violation had been taken out. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking in October 2016, in Derry District Court.
Angelique Dunlap, 39, of Richville Road in Sandish, ME, for possession with intent to distribute, sell, dispense-fentanyl, conspiracy possession with intent, and possession of controlled drug-fentanyl, all felonies, allegedly on Feb. 3, 2017, in North Hampton.
Eric E. Earle, 21, pictured bottom left, of Brentwood Road in Fremont, for felony assaults by prisoners allegedly on March 15, 2017, in Brentwood.
