Alleged Exeter Assaulters, Others Indicted In Rockingham County

Plus, alleged Mass. ID fraudster, alleged Candia burglar, alleged Raymond cocaine dealer, and Londonderry habitual offender, all indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Joseph F. Forcier, 41, upper left, of Kimball Drive in Hooksett, for felony habitual offender as well as traffic control device allegedly on Nashua Road in Londonderry on June 7, 2017.

Kelsey Fournier, 21, of Osprey Drive in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on April 22, 2017, in Newmarket.

Daniel H. Fowler, 20, upper middle, of Patten Hill Road in Candia, for felony burglary allegedly entering Gerry’s Variety on Lincoln Street in Exeter on June 27, 2016.

James Fowler, 43, upper right, of Sagamore Street in Manchester, for felony distribution of child sexual abuse images – posting a photo on Twitter – allegedly on June 21, 2017, in Londonderry.

Daniel K. Fratus, 32, of Crestwood Circle in Salem, on two felony possession of controlled drugs-Oxycodone as well as three counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana allegedly on July 6, and Aug. 16, 2017, in Salem.

Timothy Freeman, 42, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, for felony habitual offender as well as unauthorized use for allegedly driving a Nissan Pathfinder on Bennett Way in Newmarket.

Robert Frese, 62, lower left, of Hayes Mobile Home Park in Exeter, for first-degree assault and conduct after accident, both felonies. On Aug. 8, 2017, in Portsmouth, he allegedly drove into another person with a vehicle, bruising their knee, and then, fled the scene.

Barry L. Gallant, 50, lower middle, of Witney Court Road in Raymond, for sale of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent, attempted sale of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent, falsifying physical evidence, attempted taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer, all felonies, as well as two counts of simple assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest or detention. The alleged drug dealing charges allegedly occurred in Rockingham County between Sept. 1, and Sept. 12, 2017. The driving and assault charges allegedly occurred in Raymond.

Lisa L. Glover, 31, of Maple Street in Exeter, on two felony counts of domestic violence for allegedly swinging a kitchen knife at a person she was in an intimate relationship with at the time while yelling “I’m sick of this, I’m going to f------ kill you,” on Sept. 2, 2017, in Exeter.

Modesto Guzman, 33, of Cypress Avenue in Methuen, MA, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from the Gap and American Eagle in Salem on April 17, 2017. He was also indicted on a disobeying an officer charge after allegedly fleeing the scene from Rockingham Park Boulevard to I-93 South. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice before of theft.

Sampson Gyebi, 23, lower right, of Mammoth Road in Lowell, MA, for felony identity fraud. On Feb. 24, 2017, in Londonderry, he allegedly acted to defraud LensCarfters by using another person’s DCU credit card.
