Alleged Hampton Assaulter, Mass. Drunk Driver, Others Indicted: Roundup

KINGSTON, NH — The following people have been indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Janet Parker, 62, of Elizabeth Road in South Berwick, ME, for felony theft of services. On Dec. 10, 2105, in Salem, she allegedly refused to pay for a taxi ride. Parker has previously been convicted of theft of property or services twice before.

Sean Partridge, 39, pictured left, of West Street in Ayer, MA, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence, allegedly strangling a woman who was an intimate partner on Aug. 6, 2016, in Hampton.
Jennifer Philbrick, 37, of Belmont Street in Manchester, for felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender, aggravated driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, and two counts endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. The charges stem from an alleged incident on I-93 North in Londonderry on April 17, 2016, where she was speeding reportedly with two children in her car who were not property secured in child restraint systems.

Jonathan Remy, 19, of Mill Stream Road in Atkinson, for accomplice burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, allegedly on March 21, 2016, in Plaistow at the AL Prime Energy building on Plaistow Road. According to the indictment, Sean Ashford and Kyle Cunningham were also allegedly involved in the incident.
Wayne Renard, 26, pictured right, of Ocean Boulevard in Salem, MA, for driving or operating under the influence of liquor, conduct after an accident, and reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as transporting alcoholic beverages. On July 14, 2016, he allegedly drove on I-95 in Hampton with an open beer can. Renard allegedly struck another vehicle on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, causing a scalp laceration on the victim, and failed to stop after a crash on Ashworth Avenue, according to the indictment.
Caleb Revak, 25, of Morning Street in Portsmouth, for felony theft by deception and receiving stolen property. On April 22, 2016, he allegedly fenced jewelry at Port City Coin that did not belong to him. He has twice been convicted of theft, according to the indictment.
Carlos Reyes, 31, of Garden Lawrence, MA, for felony witness tampering. On May 16, 2016, allegedly acting in concert with Angela Murrillo, Reyes attempted to induce a victim to withhold information about his alleged criminal conduct in Portsmouth.
Robert Ryznal, 50, of Tsienneto Road in Derry, for felony second-degree assault and simple assault. He allegedly struck another person with a baseball bat and kicked the driver’s door of a truck causing the door to strike the victim, in Derry on July 13, 2016.
