Numerous Aggravated DUI Arrests Made By NHSP: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A

Jan Martino, 50, of Fitchburg, MA, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for DUI and aggravated DUI (0.16+) on Route 101 West near Exit 9 in Exeter.

Joshua Milbury, unknown age, of Kensington, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on May 11, 2017, on a bench warrant on Route 101 West near Exit 11 in Exeter.

Edmond Michaud, 47, of Somersworth, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on May 10, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Main Street in Somersworth.

Jeffrey Heuer, 54, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on May 9, 2017, for felony habitual offender allegedly on I-95 South in Portsmouth.

Jose Soto, 35, of Epping, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on May 9, 2017, for DUI allegedly on I-95 North near the Hampton sheds in Hampton.

Lee Cwalina, 28, of Twin Mountain, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on May 8, 2017, on a fugitive warrant on Route 16 South near the tolls in Rochester.

William Morann, 26, of Milton, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on May 8, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and uninspected vehicle allegedly on Route 125 in Rochester.

John Bionelli, 52, of Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on May 7, 2017, for DUI allegedly on I-95 South near Exit 3B in Portsmouth.

Meaghan Layden, 27, of Dover, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on May 6, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) and DUI (second or third) allegedly on Route 16 North near Exit 4 in Newington.

Jeremy Doubleday, 21, of Newmarket, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on May 5, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+), DUI, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after an alleged incident on Madbury Road in Durham.

Troop B

Jonathan Neff, 23, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on April 28, 2017, for DUI and open container allegedly on I-293 in Manchester.

Michael Casey, 60, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on April 28, 2017, for DUI allegedly on the Everett Turnpike North near Exit 1 in Nashua.

Gabriella Storey, 32, of Hooksett, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on April 27, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) and DUI allegedly on I-293 in Bedford.

Kevin Croteau, 36, of Dummer, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on April 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, prohibitions-driver’s license, and yellow/solid line violation allegedly on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Francesco Powers-Collins, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on April 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent allegedly on the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.

Stephen Desavage, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on April 25, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent allegedly on I-293 South in Manchester.

Jonathan Balamotis, 25, of Plaistow, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on April 24, 2017, for disobeying an officer allegedly at the I-93 North lower split in Manchester.

Kaitlyn O’Neil, 27, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on April 23, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 8 in Nashua.

Elisandro Vasquez-Ramos, 40, of an unknown address, was charged at 7:30 a.m. on April 22, 2017, for operating with a valid license on I-93 North in Derry.

Christian Brown, 30, of Goffstown, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on April 22, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on I-93 in Manchester.

Joseph Skokowski, 53, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on April 22, 201y, for aggravated DUI (0.30+) and DUI allegedly on I-93 North in Manchester.

Troop C

Elizabeth Marsh, 29, of Claremont, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on May 7, 2017, for DUI, simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest or detention allegedly on Pleasant Street in Claremont.

Haley Bartlett, 23, of Gilsum, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on May 6, 2017, for DUI, DUI (adult greater than 0.08), possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, open container, and speeding (16-20 mph over 55) allegedly on Maple Avenue in Keene.

Lawrence Roy, 28, of Newport, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on May 5, 2017, for operating without a valid license, disobeying an officer, criminal mischief, reckless conduct, and reckless operation allegedly on the John Stark Highway in Newport.

Porter Dexter, 71, of Charlestown, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on April 30, 2017, for DUI and entering traffic fails to yield allegedly on Charlestown Road in Claremont.

Nathan Bagster, 24, of Swanzey, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on April 29, 2017, on two counts of aggravated DUI with serious injury allegedly on Route 10 in Swanzey.

Amanda Batemen, 29, of Claremont, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on April 28, 2017, for DUI, hands free violation, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, and falsifying physical evidence allegedly on Route 12 in Charlestown.

Troop D

Shannon Carbone, 36, of Belmont, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for aggravated DUI collision with serious injury and DUI allegedly on I-93 North in Canterbury.

Jacques Goupil, 61, of Montreal, CA, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for reckless operation allegedly on I-93 South in Concord.

Ryan Ashley, 24, of Gilmanton, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on May 11, 2017, for DUI and DUI (adult greater than 0.08) allegedly on I-93 North in Bow.

Chelsea Depalo, 23, of Enfield, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on May 10, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and a bench warrant allegedly on Route 11 in New London.

Tyler Field, 21, of Laconia, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on May 9, 2017, for reckless operation allegedly on I-93 North in Bow.

Conner Welch, 22, of Plymouth, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on May 8, 2017, for aggravated felonious sexual assault-no consent allegedly at NHTI in Concord.

Diego Dominguez Salazar, 22, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on May 7, 2017, for reckless operation allegedly on I-93 North in Bow.

Melissa Dean, 41, of Merrimack, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on May 7, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on I-93 South in Bow at the junction of I-89.

Melody Ribecca, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on May 7, 2017, for DUI allegedly on South Main Street.

Wilfred Henderson II, 42, of Litchfield, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on May 6, 2017, for DUI and DUI (adult greater than 0.08) allegedly on I-93 South in Bow.

Nyagi Ngouth, unknown age, of Washington, DC, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on May 6, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on I-93 North in Bow.

Shoghy Ngoy, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on May 5, 2017, on a bench warrant on Hazen Drive in Concord.

Troop E

Jennifer Rothwell, unknown age, of Sanbornville, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on May 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant allegedly on Governors Road in Wakefield.

Lindsay Judge, 32, of Melrose, MA, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on May 6, 2017, for aggravated DUI (0.16+), aggravated DUI passenger under 16, and DUI allegedly on Route 16 in West Ossipee.

Mark Cresci, 29, of Belmont, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. on May 5, 2017, for aggravated DUI (30 mph+) and DUI allegedly on Lakeshore Road in Gilford.

Troop F

Farrah Munn, 26, of Alexandria, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on May 9, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack and a bench warrant allegedly at the junction of Washburn and Eastman Hill in Alexandria.

Ryan England, 32, of Lisbon, was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on May 8, 2017, for conduct after an accident, reckless operation, and negligent drive allegedly on Route 135 in Dalton.

Tyler Dejesus, 18, of Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on May 7, 2017, for speeding (21+ mph in a 65 zone), possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on I-93 South near Exit 25 in Ashland.

Killian Venman, 22, of Southampton, MA, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on May 6, 2017, for DUI allegedly at the junction of Russell and Highland streets in Plymouth.

A 15-year-old from Rumney was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on May 8, 2017, for aggravate felonious sexual assault-victim less than 13 allegeldy on Old Route 25 in Runmey.
