Operation Granite Hammer Strikes in Concord Again
Police: 11 were arrested on various drug charges; 9 were arrested in two apartments at the Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

CONCORD, NH — Concord Police detectives and officers as well as the Central NH Special Operations Unit and the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department issued warrants against numerous individuals on Jan. 25, 2017, in a second Operation Granite Hammer drug intervention to hit the capital city this year, according to a press release from police. Nine people were arrested in two apartments on East Side Drive; two others were arrested later in the day, according to Deputy Chief Keith Mitchell.

- Karissa Tucci, 21, pictured lower right, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl, a felony.
- Adam Cordano, 34, pictured upper center left, of Weare, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, a felony.
- Linda Cross, 53, pictured middle center left, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug- methamphetamine, a felony.
- Felicia Jordan, 27, pictured middle center right, of Concord, for maintaining a common nuisance, and two counts of for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, all felonies.
- Devan Jordan, 25, pictured upper right, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, a felony.
- Wendee Reno, 45, pictured upper left, of Concord, for maintaining a common nuisance, a felony, and two counts of for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, methamphetamine, one a felony.
- John Letendre, 28, of Concord, pictured upper center right, for conspiracy sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, a felony.
- [Name Removed], 26, pictured lower left, of Concord, on two bench warrants.
- Cody Walsh, 19, pictured middle far left, of Concord, on a bench warrant, a violation of probation/parole county warrant, and two counts of for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl, methamphetamine, both felonies.

Two juveniles were also taken into protective custody from the apartments.

Two other individuals – Todd Horstkotte, 45, pictured lower center left, and Meagan Irving, 32, pictured lower center right, both of Concord – were also arrested on warrants by the city’s drug enforcement unit. Horstkotte was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, both felonies, and Irving was charged with a single count of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine.
All involved were arraigned in various courts in the city.
