Pembroke Teen Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Kurt A. Smith, 47, of Partridge Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Pleasant Street.

Donald Sweeney, 25, of Country Club Drive in Manchester, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Stickney Avenue at U-Haul.

Alyssa A. Westover, 26, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, was arrested on a bench warrant. She was arrested at home.

Darlene Santilli, 42, of Whites Lane in Hampstead, and Sean Brogna, 47, of Waverly Place in Melrose, MA, both received summonses at 4:29 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Richard L. Stevens IV, 28, of East Main Street in Warner, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, driver’s license prohibitions, and suspended registration. He was arrested on North State Street.

Joeline J. Horton, 28, of North Emperor Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. for criminal trespass after an alleged incident at an apartment on Fayette Street.

Francoise Nyirabikira, 59, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2016, for conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Water Street.

Christopher H. Eldridge, 21, of Concord Stage Road in Weare, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-second offense and conduct after an accident after an alleged incident on South State Street.

Michael D. Mercier, 58, of Tara Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near Gully Hill.

Todd M. Horstkotte, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and theft by deception. He was arrested at Concord High School on Warren Street. After the initial drug arrest, the second charge was added.

Kirsten L. Porter, 23, unknown address, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, on five bench warrants. She was arrested on Warren Street.

Joseph A. Emery, 19, of Broadway in Pembroke, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident on South Main Street.

Kenneth J. Lewis, 22, of Micol Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road.

Jessica Houle, 26, of Wethersfield Road in Northfield, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2016, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident in an apartment on Liberty Street.
