Alleged Merrimack Kidnapper Indicted In Hillsborough County Court

Nashua man indicted after scissor threat incident, women indicted on forgery charges, Mass. habitual offender indicted on 4th DWI charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Cassundra Cook, 29, upper middle, of White Mountain Highway in North Conway, for felony forgery for allegedly defrauding another person by withdrawing $428 from a TD Bank account on Feb. 23, 2017, in Nashua.

Eric Cousens, 47, upper right, of Drouin Way in Merrimack, for failure to comply with sex offender registration and tampering with witnesses and informants, both felonies. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 30, 2017, he allegedly told a potential witness to lie to Merrimack Police that he was still living at the residence.

Devin Coutu, 23, upper left, of Burn Street in Nashua, for felony forgery for allegedly defrauding the Digital Credit Union in Hudson on April 27, 2017.

Amy Dalwet, 32, of South Shore Road in Windham, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 28, 2017, in Pelham.

Dana Daniels, 56, of Colonial Avenue in Lynn, MA, for felony habitual offender as well as driving while intoxicated, disobeying an officer, and driving without giving proof allegedly on Central Street in Hudson on June 7, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of DWI for a third time in Ayer MA District Court in October 2003.

Christine Fernandez, 37, of Talent Road in Litchfield, for theft by unauthorized taking and theft of lost or mislaid property, both felonies, allegedly involving a ring worth more than $1,500 that she pawned on June 3, 2017, in Litchfield.

Jacob Finley, 21, lower left, of Hanover Street in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly brandishing a pair of scissors and threatening to stab another man on Oct. 12, 2017, in Nashua.

Patrick Flaven, 32, lower center, of Tenby Drive in Nashua, for domestic violence, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On Sept. 4, 2017, he allegedly discharged a firearm inside a home in close proximity to others.

Steven Fry, 30, with a last known address of Willow Street in Manchester, on two counts of kidnapping and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, all felonies. On Sept. 24, 2017, in Merrimack, he allegedly showed a gun and held it at a woman while speaking to her boyfriend, “If you don’t give me my sh-- in one minute, you’ll never see her again.” Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of felony reckless conduct in May 2009, in Grafton County Superior Court.
