Concord Teen Faces Felony Theft Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kristy Davis, born 1981, of Concord was cited at 5:25 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Centre Street.

Richard Attenborough, born 1976, of Moosic, Pennsylvania, received a summons at 1:13 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.

Robert Autumn Rain Matteson, 29, of Manchester was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Jan. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at 281 N. State St.

Moise Ndutiye, 18, of Concord was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on Jan. 7 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, more than $1,501, after an incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Robert W. Blair, 64, of Concord was issued a summons at 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 7 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

William G. Cavataio, 50, of Concord was cited for open container violation at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 7 after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St.

Courtney M. Coffman, born 1982, of Conway received a citation at 10:13 a.m. on Jan. 7 on a receiving stolen property charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Books A Million on Fort Eddy Road.

Eric Joseph Waterman, 45, of Concord was cited for a bench warrant at 5:12 a.m. on Jan. 6 after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

Brenna C. Doney, born 1997, of Northfield was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on Jan. 6 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 118 Storrs St.

Amy Beth Herrick, 42, of Boscawen received a summons at 10:55 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Marilyn M. McCormack, 48, of Boscawen was arrested at 10:33 p.m. on Jan. 5 on two theft by unauthorized taking charges, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Timothy Samuel Cressey, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident in the Hutchins and Bog Road area of the city.
