Penacook Woman Indicted On Methamphetamine Dealing Charges: Court

Warner man indicted on felony DWI charge after crash; Milford man indicted on counterfeiting charge; Concord, Pittsfield drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Andrew Budrick, 35, of Briarcliff Drive in Milford on a felony forgery charge. He is accused of passing a phony $100 bill at Hannafords in Hooksett on Aug. 28.

James B. Bullock, 49, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge after an incident on Storrs Street in Concord in May 24.

Sean Burch, 42, of Couchtown Road in Warner on aggravated driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies, after a crash on Mason Hill Road in Warner on Sept. 7.

Jewel Burke, 39, of Summer Street in Penacook on two felony counts of sale of methamphetamine after incidents on March 2 and March 3 on Centre Street in Concord.

Taylor J. Carpentier, 26, imprisoned at the time of the indictment, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He is accused of being in possession of a shank, consisting of two razor blades tied to a handle, in Concord on April 15.

Tawni Chamberlain, 30, of Fisherville Road in Concord on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. She is accused of driving on North Main Street in Concord on Sept. 4 and Fisherville Road in Concord on Sept. 12 after being certified a habitual offender.

Marcus Cherry, 42, of Manchester on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. On Dec. 18, 2019, he is accused of agreeing with James Sevigny, Makayla Ortiz, and Corey Moody to transport buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.

DJ A Clough-Morgan, 26, of Carroll Street in Pittsfield on possession of methamphetamine, possession of clonazepam, possession of amphetamine-dextroamphetamine charges, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies, on Sept. 18 in Pittsfield.

Bradford Colburn, 31, homeless in Concord on a felony burglary charge. He is accused of breaking into a home on Mountain Road in Concord on Sept. 21.

Alexander Colby, 38, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony domestic violence charge. He is accused of threatening shoot a woman in Pittsfield on Aug. 8.

Christopher Cooper, 22, of Alice Drive in Concord on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on May 21 in Bow.
