Nashua Man Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Court Docs
Bedford man accused of forgery; Bedford man indicted on fentanyl sale charge; Milford woman accused of theft; burglary charges indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Fernando Anton, 30, of Wason Avenue in Nashua on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a switchblade and throwing it on top of a detached garage to impair an investigation on Feb. 19, in Nashua. He is a felony due to first-degree and burglary convictions in August 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Justin Arch, 23, of Lowell Street in Nashua on five felony sale of a controlled drug charges. He was accused of selling fentanyl on July 30, Aug. 4, Aug. 18, Aug. 25, and Aug. 27, 2020, after previously be convicted on a drug possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in October 2019.

Ryan Baldwin, 30, of Edgewood Avenue in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge, a butterfly knife, on May 24 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a second-degree assault convicted in April 2017 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Krista Birch, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin and fentanyl charges on Feb. 16 in Nashua.

Michael Bournival, 35, of New Boston Road in Bedford on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge after an incident on June 17, 2020, in Nashua.
Robert Broder, 52, of North Amherst Road in Bedford on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering an altered check for $3,817.05 to Pelham Enterprise Bank on June 7 in an attempt to cash or deposit the funds.
Cassidy Brown, 23, of Ridgefield Drive in Milford on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of receiving or exercising control over the merchandise of another on Aug. 19, 2020, in Milford.
Keith L. Lessard, 65, of San Manuel Drive in Mammoth, Arizona, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving more than $1,501 in funds, that he knew had probably been stolen, from Datron Dynamics in Milford on March 27, 2019.
Luis Lugo-Santiago, 37, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle on Ash Street in Nashua on Feb. 20 after being certified as a habitual offender.
Lindsey M. Miron, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine and fentanyl charges on Oct. 24, 2020, in Nashua.
Armando Alamo Nieves, 48, of Temple Street in Nashua on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing Nashua Garden on Nov. 13, 2020, and Main Street Gyro on Nov. 17, 2020, in Nashua.
Jenna Noel, 36, of Reed Street in Hudson on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 23, in Nashua.
