Nashua Man Indicted On Threat, Beating Charges: Court
Plus: Man indicted in hammer attack incident; Connecticut woman indicted on robbery, other charges; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Vernon Davis, 37, of Walnut Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of whipping a girl with a belt causing scarring, and pointing a gun and threatening to kill two dogs if children did not tell him where a missing firearm was in Nashua between Jan. 1, 2020, and Oct. 21, 2021.
Amber Domnitanu, 39 of Prospect Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine, charges on Dec. 28, 2021, in Hudson.

Corey Fournier, 32, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 20, 2021, in Hudson.
Dakota Gladstone, 24, of Perham Street in Nashua on three felony first-degree assault charges and a felony pistols & revolvers count. He was accused by police of using a hammer to fracture another person's skull in Nashua on Sept. 23, 2021. Gladstone is a felon due to a drug distribution conviction in U.S. District Court in May 2020.

Fallon Goulet, 32, of Robinson Road in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on No. 18, 2021, in Nashua.
Lee Greenhalgh, 52, of Berkshire Road in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge on Jan. 20 in Nashua.
Justin Greenwood, 45, of Chandler Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-parafluorofentanyl charge on Jan. 6 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug charge in December 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Kenneth Haley, 44, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused by police of failure to register on Dec. 31, 2021, in Nashua. He is a sex offender due to two child rape charges from March 2008.
Diana Hazard, 31, of New Haven, Connecticut, on accomplice to robbery, conspiracy to commit theft, and theft charges. She was accused by police of working with Tremaine Poole, Taezhan Brewer, and Clinton Turner to rob and steal items from a Nashua man and steal a safe from a Buck Street home on July 6, 2018, in Nashua.
