Woman Indicted On Burglary, Robbery, Restraint Charges: Roundup
Plus, teen indicted on burglary, assault charges, Hudson sex offender indicted, plus alleged Nashua domestic assaulter also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Maryanne Jacobsmeyer, 51, pictured far upper right, of Lucier Street in Nashua, currently incarcerated, on two counts of burglary, four theft by unauthorized taking, robbery, falsifying physical evidence, criminal restraint, and theft by deception, all felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 8, 2017, on Atherton Avenue in Nashua. One of the theft charges stemmed from an alleged incident on March 2, 2017, in Nashua, involving a purse. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft in Belknap Superior Court in June 2007, and Nashua District Court in November 2015, as well as receiving stolen property in Laconia District Court in April 2008.

Michael Kenyon, 24, pictured lower middle, of Pelham Road in Hudson, for felony criminal liability to reckless conduct – repeatedly discharging a firearm – allegedly on Oct. 22, 2016, in Hudson. Robert Koehler, 42, of Alsace Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of theft by deception. On both Jan. 31, and Feb. 8, 2017, at the Lowe’s in Nashua, he allegedly returned merchandise and attempted to gift cards.
Daniel Kovich, 57, of C Street in Nashua, on two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Clonazepam, marijuana, one a felony, allegedly on Feb. 4, 2017, in Nashua.
Jarid Kukas, 19, pictured lower left, of Amory Street in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony burglary as well as criminal mischief and simple assault. On May 20, 2017, he allegedly burglarized and assaulted an individual on Chandler Street in Nashua.
Peter LaChapelle, 43, pictured upper middle right, of Ledge Street in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for second-degree assault and domestic violence-second-degree assault, both felonies, as well as five counts of domestic violence, five counts of simple assault, three counts of criminal mischief, and criminal threatening. On March 9, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly strangled an intimate partner, broke a bedroom mirror and door frame, grabbed her shirt, and threw the woman in a bathtub, according to the indictment.
Valmore LaPlante III, 38, pictured upper left, of Cheney Drive in Hudson, for felony duty to report. On May 17, 2017, LaPlante – a Tier III sex offender – allegedly failed to report to police. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South of the same offense. LaPlante was convicted on three counts of felonious sexual assault in April 2008.
Damien M. Martini, 34, pictured upper middle left, of Woodland Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 20, and April 21, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in March 2015.
