NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Howard Harrison, 40, of Cross Street in Nashua, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling another person on March 24 in Nashua.
Joseph Haywood, 40, of Westbrook Street in Manchester, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Aerie on May 1, 2025, in Nashua.
Peter Hernandez Jr., 29, of Forge Drive in Nashua on a felony count of felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. He was accused of intentionally touching a girl through her clothes for the purpose of sexual arousal on March 22 in Nashua.
Kurt Hovling, 52, of Lawrence Road in Hudson, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Dec. 22, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in February 2005 in Rockingham County Superior Court of receiving stolen property and, in December 2004, in Nashua District Court of theft.
Natasha Jackson, 35, of no fixed address or Temple Street in Nashua, on possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl and methamphetamine on Dec. 18, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictments, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hills South in August 2023.

David Kekumba, 22, of Old Wellington Road in Manchester, on a felony burglary count. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Knight Street in Milford on Oct. 21, 2024.
Joseph Lewis, 43, of Temple Street in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-intent to distribute-meth and fentanyl on March 9 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictments, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hills North in October 2025.
Santos Lugo, 53, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-crack cocaine. He was accused of selling crack to a person cooperating with the Nashua police on Jan. 2 and Jan. 22, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of criminal possession of controlled substances in March 2013 in New York County Supreme Court.
Craig Lyons, 36, of Old Peterborough Road in Temple, on a felony count of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Wilton on Nov. 15, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in December 2022.
Patrick MacLaughlin, 38, of Hot Hole Pond Road in Concord, on a felony operate while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Mercedes C-Class on the Everett Turnpike north in Merrimack on Dec. 22, 2025, after being deemed by the NH DMV to be a habitual offender in December 2024.
